HOUSE RULES

  • Check-in 4pm & Check-out 11am
  • Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
  • Lobby Hours are 9am to 6pm daily
  • If you anticipate arriving after 6pm please connect with us so we may send you self-check-in instructions
  • Payment for the entire stay will be collected prior to check-in.
  • A Valid Credit Card matching a Driver's License must be presented at check-in or submitted through virtual check-in. 
  • Room charges will incur 14% tax + $3 tourism improvement tax & $10 hotel Service fee per night.
  • WiFi is included in Hotel Service Fee.
  • Cash payments are not accepted.
  • Incidental Hold - $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card upon check-in. Any unused monies will be released upon check-out. 
  • Dogs welcome - $45 pet fee per night per pet up to 2 pets max per room will apply. 75 lbs max. Additional cleaning fee may apply if room or linens are damaged.
  • Guestrooms are non-smoking – guests will be charged $250 cleaning fee if smoke detected in guestrooms
  • Housekeeping Services: Stayover housekeeping service to include trash removal and fresh towels is available by request only.
  • Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. 

  • Cancellation or changes to a reservation made through a third party must be done through the third party. 
  • You may cancel refundable reservations up to 72 hours prior to check-in without penalty.
  • Cancellations within the 72-hour window will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to (1) night's stay
  • Guests that do not show up for their reservation will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to (1) night's stay.
  • Advance Purchase Reservations are non-refundable.
