Guest must be at least 18 years old to check in.
Lobby Hours are 9am to 6pm daily
If you anticipate arriving after 6pm please connect with us so we may send you self-check-in instructions
Payment for the entire stay will be collected prior to check-in.
A Valid Credit Card matching a Driver's License must be presented at check-in or submitted through virtual check-in.
Room charges will incur 14% tax + $3 tourism improvement tax & $10 hotel Service fee per night.
WiFi is included in Hotel Service Fee.
Cash payments are not accepted.
Incidental Hold - $100 incidental hold will be placed on your credit card upon check-in. Any unused monies will be released upon check-out.
Dogs welcome - $45 pet fee per night per pet up to 2 pets max per room will apply. 75 lbs max. Additional cleaning fee may apply if room or linens are damaged.
Guestrooms are non-smoking – guests will be charged $250 cleaning fee if smoke detected in guestrooms
Housekeeping Services: Stayover housekeeping service to include trash removal and fresh towels is available by request only.

Cancellation or changes to a reservation made through a third party must be done through the third party.
You may cancel refundable reservations up to 72 hours prior to check-in without penalty.
Cancellations within the 72-hour window will incur a Cancellation Fee equal to (1) night's stay
Guests that do not show up for their reservation will be charged a No-Show Fee equal to (1) night's stay.
Advance Purchase Reservations are non-refundable.
